Bottom line:

  • Lateralization in Weber test
    Sensorineural loss: to good ear (= CONTRALATERAL ear is damaged)
    Conductive loss: to bad ear (= IPSILATERAL ear is damaged)
  • Rinne test
    – BC>AC in conductive loss
    – AC>BC in sensorineural loss
